There is no cost to your members or your credit union. A Credit Union Travel membership typically costs $99/year, but membership is free for our credit union partners. The ONLY thing we require from our credit union partners is to promote Credit Union Travel to your members.

Are bookings flexible/refundable?
Most bookings are refundable, but flexibility depends on individual hotel rules.

We implement all security patches available for our infrastructure, and monitor various channels for incoming vulnerability reports to protect customer data.
